Equal parts:

Citrus juice

 Sugar

Egg yolk

Ingredients

Mix the citrus juice and sugar together.

Directions

Mix in the egg yolk.

Directions

Cook over a double boiler until the mixture thickens.

Season to taste with butter and salt.
