How to maintain the ACRP Certifications?
The aim of the Certification Maintenance process is to ensure, as far as possible, the continuing competence of each certifier and to maintain the professional standards of those involved in clinical research. The aim of the Continuing Competence requirements set by the Academy is for the credential holder to be continuous: kept up-to-date on professional development; explore new knowledge in specific content areas; master new skills and techniques related to clinical research; enhance approaches to effective clinical research, both within one’s particular job role and beyond; develop further professional judgment; conduct clinical research in a safe and ethical manner. To maintain credentials, it is necessary to participate in continuing education/engagement activities and report 24 hours/point of contact every 2 years or take current certification exams.
You can check out the resources available on the official website of the ACRP to maintain your certificates.
